We have 7 children, many of whom have these issues, as well as my sister and her daughters. My nieces came close to death as youngsters until their food issues were discovered. So while some may see the article as without merit…it runs true for family. TY WLC!

Hi Lori – Yes, cassava is yuca. Neither is allowed on Performance for the same reasons as potatoes, corn, etc., which is that they are a big hit of simple carbs.

I am trying to choose my level according to what is closest to AIP (Performance – Eggs, nuts etc). I found a great Casava tortilla but Casava is Yuca, right?
