Thank you so much for the reply and advice. I will take your advice. I literally just got done with the 20 minute workout and surprisingly it went by pretty fast. I stayed focused and push through the times I wanted to just take a short break. sweating bullets and I feel like I got a better workout in those 20 minutes that I do when I speed walk on the treadmill for over an hour. Thank you!

Good morning Julina! Okay, I have to admit, I don’t know what Skinny Pop is, but I’m assuming its a popcorn product, yea? We all have our “things” that we need to sort through our days, and if a late night something is yours, my advice is go with the dates and almonds… purely from “it’s natural” and it’s two of the best things you can eat… I know volume wise (a bowl of this vs a hand full of that), the Skinny Pop might be the better choice when wanting something quasi substantial as compared to the nutrition dense almonds and dates, but I’d stick with the most natural of the choices… Enjoy!

One question. I love eating Skinny Pop from Costco late at night. Usually between 10pm-midnight. It has 13g of carbs per serving. What would you recommend eating that late at night that would be a better choice? Less carbs but still give me the satisfaction I need that late at night? I use to eat dates and almonds late at night. Is that a better choice?
